Q&A for the Soul
Do you have true Dominion over your life? Do you have a divine worth? Do you believe in something bigger than you, holding your hands through challenging times? Do you act as someone always watching and therefore are consequences of your actions?
Dominion: The ruler of a region has dominion over it, and the area itself may be called the ruler's dominion.

This sentence caught my ears today during a prophetic ministry; if you are thirsty for miracles get hooked on Dr. Lovy, He'll deliver on miracles. You can watch the 21 days of Dominions in the links below, I highly recommend it if this quote resonates.
"The tears you cry today, shaking up Heaven's doors to act on behalf of your prayers, and we are Rumbling now".
I'm meeting through my work a sense of existential questioning; sentences as; "What am I doing here"' and "Why am I doing what am doing" and sensing a "Great change is in the air" are often a centre of the conversations.
How do I deal with that? In times of uncertainty and great global pressure, we tend to turn to the spiritual, to the unseen, to the miracles to something bigger than us. Where our human capacities lack to carry the weight of the World, we need spiritual muscles to do the heavy lifting.
What are your spiritual practices which support your muscles?
A study on the Efficacy of Religious and Spiritual Interventions revealed;
"Clinicians who practiced three basic skills—conducting a spiritual assessment, listening to the client's spiritual issues, and discussing spiritual dimensions of problems and solutions—saw reductions in both the client’s psychological and spiritual distress".
Well, there is the good news for the clinicians, yet it is expecting the clinician and the client to both have a religious belief and a willingness to learn more!
The study also revealed the benefits of affirming clients’ divine worth and encouraging them in their efforts to trust God. “These [interventions] were marked predictors of better treatment outcomes.
