Christmas Crisis Extinguishing

Dear Friends,

Are you feeling all the December feelings already? Does Life crank up the volume and demands on you? Can you slow down a bit? Can you outsource the cooking and baking, children, and decoration demands of Xmas? Does everything have to be perfect for Xmas? Can you be the Holly mess? Can you ask for Help? Can you say no to things?

Whether we have a very wonderful experience during the month of the Holly or whether December offers a very challenging experience, we can sense where and what wants to blossom within us under the comfort or discomfort.

So, where are you holding tension in your body?

Where do you feel at ease?

The river current of prosperity, creativity, expansion of consciousness and confusion in the video game of Impossible tasks is the real hero’s journey! The more challenging circumstances we choose to play, the bigger the gain is. And December is abundant with challenges, so I’m just sending you all my Love, sympathy, and compassion with this round.

Mother nature slows down this time of the year; even the grass doesn’t grow. Unlike us, we try to squeeze the cosmic heart a little extra in December. It’s final exam season; it is Christmas crisis time. We are almost at the finish line of the Marathon of 2022, piling unrealistic expectations on top of each other. If you can afford it, please take an hour aside and do as little as possible; less is more.

As we approach the finish line of this hectic, the chaotic and beautiful year of 2022, it may be time to empty the emotional baggage and take with you the gifts, skills, wisdom and talents you gained throughout the year and woven a new web. Walk into a new cycle which is calling you; as you release the old, a beautiful new pathway opens up for you. If you take care of yourself, life will take care of you. So you can have new emotions, new ways of being available to you born of your past experiences but not limited by them. Don’t limit yourself! Make a wish!

Below is just an important nugget from The yogi Bhajan, The Master's Touch; I felt to share it; of course, it is about Love! The one thing that fuels the universe and we are all chasing after.

Yesterday we experienced the last full moon of the year; I love to get ceremonial around those times. It is an illuminating experience to shed light on the dark corners and contemplate where to go next. The full moon is full of space and possibilities. You can release your troubles into her and make a conscious manifestation for the last cycle while she is shrinking, go with it.
