Breathe my Dear

The journey towards wholeness starts with one step. Your willingness and bravery to face the things that have challenged you are the most honourable actions. I would love for you to be equipped against the challenges of this World, to become soft at heart and put down what no longer serves you, and to create a sanctuary for wholeness with Holiness.

My heartfelt mission is to create this safe space for you and give you my undivided attention, unconditional love of God and the tools to feel balanced and whole again. Allow the difficulties to flow through you and change the narrative into something beautiful in HOPE and in Faith.

My name is Orsolya Weitz; call me Orsi (spelled OrShe).

I'm an Associate of Psychology, majoring in God's word and a positive mental health advocate.

It is my honour to hold a safe space for you while you breathe, feel and heal.

I have the skills and credentials to help reduce mental health stigmas and build resilience. I offer a healthy and safe learning environment and provide you with the tools and skills to reduce stress and promote optimal mental health. I can help you overcome the fear of change, clarify your goals, strengthen your motivation and re-align. In my work, I am guided by holy principles and scientific, evidence-based methods.
